these illustrations are largely whimsical journal entries, & like the rest of my work, most are encoded with personal meaning.  they often serve as a jumping off point for a larger piece or series that then incorporate other media, such as paint or digital media.  you can notice some of these illustrations echoed in other galleries.

the first three illustrations are from a test project for the author of a children's book.  lucid dreaming was created in collaboration with leland chapin in 2006.
